Novum was born in 2016 by Will (ex GM of Fromm winery) and partner Rachel Hoare. Sourcing fruit from established vineyards in Marlborough their wines are pure, textural and very serious. This is one of favourite Chardonnay's from Marlborough, balanced, structured, if you like white burgundy, try this!
