Natural State wines are the result of experiments by brothers Jack and Ben Weaver, the sons of acclaimed organic/biodynamic producer Churton. With these wines, they aim to showcase their distinct vineyards through hands-off handling and winemaking, crafting wines that are ready for early release.
The Natural State Field Blend is a wine for the present. It is vibrant and fresh, yet multi layered and textural. A blend of Viognier, Petit Manseng and Sauvignon Blanc all grown organically on the estate, it's incredibly aromatic and ever evolving. Rich and voluptuous to start, before finishing clean and crisp.
