Two brothers in Burgundy are currently trying to shake the old world. The Chapuis brothers are producing high quality natural Burgundy wines. Taking the estate over their parents in a very conservative appellation wasn’t an easy job but it is good to say that they have succeeded.
Chardonnay from their family vineyards in Savigny-Lès-Beaune. Vines are 25 years old, grown on chalk and clay. Fermentations and élevage in old barrels.
Grapes from organic farming and natural yeast and no added sulfites. Unfined and unfiltered wine.
