From the beautiful Provence. Hand harvested, 70% of the Ugni Blanc is pressed directly, 15% of crushed Rolle is macerated in the Ugni Blanc juice for 4 weeks with daily punching down. Ageing in oval (eggs) vats, once the malolactic fermentation is done, the wine is matured on large lees without fining or filtration
Discreet nose with citrus fruit notes, beautiful minerality with a fresh finish. To be drunk chilled.
