Cuvée Julien en Billat is 100% Pinot Noir from Ganevats 60 year vines. Aged in large format old oak in the Domaines very cold cellar, there are no additions, nor fining or filtration. This Pinot is alive. Bursting with blueberry, raspberry, soft on the palate but fills out to be concentrated and moreish. Give it a gentle decant if drinking now.
