This wine was created in partnership with Romain Paire, a fantastic wine grower based in the Loire Valley, France. Romain owns the estate Domaine des Pothiers and makes one of our favourite pink pet nats (Eclipse). He’s brought that energy to this wine, slightly off dry, fine bubbles and dangerously easy, Super pink! Magnums also available.
