From a 30 year-old cool-sited vineyard on the slopes above Azé in the Côte Mâconnais. Pressed, settled then racked to large-format barrels for a native fermentation. Aged undisturbed on lies for seven months with a light filtration before bottling. Maximum freshness. Bright with flint and waxy grapefruit.
