This father and son duo have been growing biodynamically since 2010, and being located between Bordeaux to the North and Languedoc-Roussillon to the South the vines planted are a mix of varieties typical to both regions. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc from Bordeaux, Cinsault, Grenache, Carignan from the South.  Avis de vin Fraises is a blend of 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Cinsault, 

A jolly wine this, full of watermelon and strawberries, fresh acid with nice weight from the Cabernet. Scrummmmmmy.
