The Rosato, named this way because of Delinquentes Italian inspiration is made using a grape called Nero d’Avola.
Nero d’Avola is an arid climate variety capable of being dry-farmed, and it loves the heat. This new release of Delequantes Pretty Boy is crunchy and bright. Different to the styles made in the italian islands and that’s what we find bueno about it. Only 6 hours of skin contact have made for a pale, bone dry Rosato. It’s everything we want to see in a rose and it’s about as smashable as it gets.
Don’t cellar it, drink it now and drink cold next to the pool, beach or as you anchor yourself to your deck chair and apply aloe vera to your sun-burnt beach bod.
