The Grenache and Mouvedre comes from vineyards planted merley a few hundred meters of each other, in the sands of Blewitt Springs, they shared a very similar weather pattern of both hot & dry.
The final wine is a 50/50 blend of Grenache & Mourvèdre. They were fermented separately, and the blend would comprise approximately 30% whole cluster. Aged 500L puncheons housed the wine for about 6 months post press, before the final wine was blended and sent to bottle without fining or filtration. This is bistro style wine, made for early drinking, youthful & vibrant, with great drinkability,
