100% Red Muscat, Barossa Valley. Yetti & Kokonut’s first ‘red wine’. Like with most of the wines, they produce, Yetti & Kokonut tend to keep it very easy going and smash-able booze. 5 days skins and pressed to seasoned puncheons. Aged for about 6 months before bottling.
Lychee, nashi pear, apricot, quince nose. Just a lot going on. Soft hints off vanilla. Fresh start in mouth, green apple with notes of hay and quince in end palette.
