Château du Cèdre, located in the heart of the Cahors appellation, South West France is home to the Malbec grape. Malbec is mainly associated with Argentina or as being used as a blending component in Bordeaux wine. The Cahors wines are typically ripe and full bodied with an incredible deep purple colour. Although not certified, the vines are managed organically and the wines made as hands off as possible and are unfined and unfiltered. Perfect with BBQ meats and grilled vege.
