David Geyer, who is also known for his part in Yetti & the Kokonut, has created this super juicy, crunchy blend known as the Rouge NV.
Interestingly, this is a blend of three different vintages from parcels from the Barossa Valley and McLaren regions.
The NV red and white blend gives us a timestamp of the region. One third is his 2018 Pinot Meunier, one third is 2019 whole bunch Semillon and the remaining third is 2020 whole bunch Cabernet Franc. Settled in stainless steel and racked, this wine is sure to take the pole position in your fridge as your favourite ‘chilled red’.
